Faith Life Family Episode 8
with Guest Daniel diSilva (office@divinemercyfilm.com)
Being a true Team Player, Al Smith (bishopfultonjsheen@gmail.com) (https://www.bishopsheentoday.com) stepped in to Host this Episode of Faith Life Family for the “under the weather” Missy D’Aconti (https://www.faithlifefamilywear.com). Hope you feel better soon Missy!
Daniel is the Director/Producer of the documentary entitled “The Original Image of Divine Mercy” (https://www.divinemercyfilm.com). Without “giving away” the entire message of the film, both Daniel and Al spoke about it in bits and pieces. #divinemercyimage
This painting of the Divine Mercy Image (visually seen by St. Faustina) was done in 1934. The Lord wanted this painting exposed to the public but it could not be done because of the “iron curtain”. In 1989, the “original” painting was discovered in Belarus. Nuns retrieved this image and brought it to Vilnius (an old town in Lithuania). This took approximately 2 years to achieve. #grabthepaintingandrun
Daniel was able to see and touch a 2nd Class Relic from the original painting that hung in an “eating” hall of Holy Polish Nuns. #touchtherelic
Lastly, Daniel commented on his Long Term Plans for the documentary. That people (hopefully ALL Catholics) come to the Devotion of Divine Mercy after seeing the film, and that people believe that these types of Sacred Art (Divine Mercy Painting, Our Lady of Guadalupe Painting, etc.) have been done with facts and mysteries. #devotiontodivinemercy
In the documentary, you will hear personal stories/miracles. Bishops and Archbishops played an integral role in the film. #personalwitness
The Chat Room, as expected, was VERY active.
